The Core Conditioning service from Life Studio focuses on stabilising and challenging core strength to support the spine in activity. The core is crucial in aiding postural alignment, preventing injuries and maintaining structural support. A weak and dysfunctional core can cause back and pelvic pain. The spine acts as a scaffold for the rest of our body holding its structural composition. The core muscles work constantly to stabilise the spine to retain its correct alignment.
